The Power of Sacrifice | The Art of Giving

In this week’s message from The Art of Giving, we’re reminded that true giving always costs us something—but it also carries transforming power. Jesus said, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends” (John 15:13). King David echoed this truth when he declared he would not offer to God that which cost him nothing (2 Samuel 24).

The Power of Sacrifice calls us to move beyond convenient generosity into sacrificial giving that reflects the heart of Christ. When we give at a cost, we not only honor God but also discover the deeper joy, freedom, and impact that sacrificial love brings.

Real love is proven in sacrifice. Real worship is revealed in what it costs.
